I’m always searching for a useful productivity app. It is so easy nowadays to increase your productivity with the apps and gadgets out there.
A few months ago I found Coach.me by mistake while I was scrolling in the App Store. I was looking for a productivity app that will help me get new (healthy) habits, because I’m simply not able to do it on my own – I need some help, including help from an app.
Coach.me is a platform that helps you track your habits, offers you habit coaching or leadership coaching. For the habit coaching you have to pay a $15 subscription/month and for the leadership $249/month. But to be honest, I don’t have that much money to spend on a monthly subscription, so I’ve stuck to the habit tracker.
What I really love about Coach.me is that you can choose a habit from their list, but you can create your own too. You can set reminders and there is also a discussion section for each habit, where you can ask questions. Set when and if you want to get reminders and how many times/week you want to do that habit and it’s done! What is really cute is the they also give you motivational quotes & funny notifications every day to keep going. When you feel that you’ve achieved your goal, swipe the habit and it will appear on the “achieved goals” section on your profile.
It will sound funny, but thanks to Coach.me I finally got to floss on a daily basis. :D
The app gives you “rewards” based in how many days you’ve stuck on the habit, or on how many check-ins you’ve achieved. And yes, you can share them on social media. :)
Coach.me is the perfect productivity app for resolutions, because it helps you sticking to lots of habits.
Coach.me is available in App Store and Google Play. BUT if you don’t have a smart phone, Coach.me has a web platform too! Create an account on www.coach.me and you can track your habits from your laptop – no fancy phone needed.
